How can I change my email on my billing history?

I have inherited managing this WordPress account (we are a school and I am the new one on the Board). Whoever set this thing up used our incorrect email address. Therefore, now whenever I make purchases to upgrade the account, I am not emailed a receipt because the receipt is sent to the wrong email address. Although I can print out a receipt and then submit it that way, it would be so much easier if I could just forward the receipt to the treasurer.
SO — how do I change our current email address on our store profile ((email visible only to moderators and staff) — the WRONG email address) to the correct email address ((email visible only to moderators and staff))?

I believe this should be fixed up. I went ahead and resent the receipt to the correct email address. Can you let me know if you receive it?

Nope–the email never came. I waited a day or so and have checked my spam folder and still no email receipt.

I suspect the old email address is still attached to the old purchase and receipt even though we’ve updated it. I’ve tried one more time. Can you let me know if we have any success?
