How can I change my gravatar profile linked website?

I am having problems with my gravatar profile. I have changed blog address and I can’t get the gravatar profile to link to my new one. I’ve tried contacting gravatar through their blog and through their customer support email but I have had no response. I have deleted all references to my old blog in my profile but it is still the one linked to my email address. My new wordpress blog is the only one listed on my gravatar profile (well, actually tonight I deleted everything and hid my profile but as soon as I unhid it it came back with the old blog address still). PLEASE help. I want my comments to point towards my new WordPress blog, not my old blogger one.

Have you tried changing your website link at Users -> My Profile in your Dashboard here?

Yes. I have removed all information except my screenname. I will try again by adding the new blog address… (I can’t remember now if I’ve tried that during the last few months of frustration.) I’ll see how it goes again next time I try to comment on a blog. I’ve got around it by commenting as a guest instead of as a logged in wordpress user.

Nope. Didn’t work. Still appearing with my old blog address. Even within the forum here, if you click on my name (turtle1975) it takes you to my old blogger website (still active but not my primary one). I commented on another blog today, logged in through wordpess and my screen name HeatherH appears but clicking on it goes to my other blog.
