How can I change my header text colour?

    I can’t change my header text colour. The Support document said I could find that option in the Site Title tab in the Customizer but I’ve been on repeatedly for hours and can’t find such an option even when i click on Site Title. Support document said I’d be able to change the text colour even if I don’t have Custom Design. I’m using the Intergalactic theme. Is it that the theme itself just doesn’t carry that option? (That would strike me as strange.) I’m confused and need the colour changed. Please help.

    Really? If it’s not on your dashboard Theme Options page, then you can’t. Very few themes have that option free.

    Oh. Ok. Well, thanks for the help. I tried something different and it works better. Still not quite what I’m going for but it’s a work in progress, I guess. Thanks again. :-)
