How can I change my site address back?

  I changed my web address and now I cannot access my page.
  It was just claraannphotography.com and then I added /blog on the end.
  Now I can’t access it. I receive an Internal Service Error

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This is the WordPress.COM support forum. You need to post to the WordPress.ORG support forum for help with your site because it is not hosted by WordPress.COM.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

  This forum is for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com and http://claraannphotography.com/ is not hosted by WordPress.com

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forum
  http://wordpress.org/support/

  Why is it saying that I haven’t logged in since 2011 when i try to login through wordpress.org? That’s not true…I just logged in and was messing around with themes and changed the site address. I am SO confused
