How can I change my theme back to default?Pls help!

  I changed my theme from default few hours ago.Now,I no longer want the one I changed to.Pls kindly help me on how to return my default theme!Thanks!

  In your dashboard go to Appearance > Themes (in the left column) and then click Free and look for the theme called “Twenty Fourteen” or whichever other theme you prefer. Then simply click the Activate button.
