How can I change my web address?

  I have an idea for a new web address (instead of thiscrazywriter.wordpress.com) but I can’t figure out how to change it. Sorry, I’ve never had to deal with this before! Can anyone tell me how? There was a space for it in my settings, but it didn’t work.
