How can I change my wordpress.com URL?

  Would like to change my domain from powelsonforcongress.wordpress.com to mikepowelson.wordpress.com or something similar. Rolling over the URL in My Blogs does not prompt a “change URL” link as most tutorials claim, nor does it show up in my General Settings.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You need to go to “My Blogs” in the dashboard, not in the WordPress Reader. The link will read “Change Blog Address”. Keep in mind that if you delete your current URL it will be gone forever and not even you will be able to reuse it, so carefully read all the warning messages and consider keeping the old URL, not deleting it (you can keep it without using it), so it’s still available if you want to use it again later.
