  This support document will help explain the steps to change your address/url:

  Please pay close attention to each step. Once you choose to change it, you are unable to change it back. http://bancbridge.wordpress.com/ will become unavailable for you or anyone else in the near future, if at all. The only exception are for sites deleted two or more years ago that do not have any username or other technical conflicts.
