How can I change the composing view to show the missing second row of text tools

  I have just started a second blog, using the Tarski theme I used in the first one. I notice that there’s only one row of tools above the text composition box, and it does not include the pulldown menu for assigning styles. How can I change the view to reveal that second row of tools?

  You can click on icon number 15 shown in this screenshot: http://en.support.files.wordpress.com/2012/11/row1_numbered.png?w=688 . Clicking that icon will make the second row of tools appear.
