How can I change the contact information I entered when domain registration ?

    I entered a wrong contact information when domain registration.
    I need to change them.
    How can I do ?

    Hi there,

    You can edit the contact information by logging into your DNS. You can do this by going to Store > Domains in your Dashboard. In the dropdown menu: What would you like to do?, select “Make Changes to DNS”. Create a password and copy the Customer Number provided for you. When the page reloads, go back down and select Make Changes to DNS again. Click on Manage your Domains and enter the Customer Number/Password you just created.

    Once you are in, click on your domain name and go to the Contacts tab. You can edit your contact information from there. Please note that there is a 60 day lock on domains once the contact information is updated. This just means that you won’t be able to transfer the domain 60 days from the date you update the contact information. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out!
