How can I change the Default time format

I live in Viet Nam, but Default time format in my blog is UTC time. i don’t know how I can change it because it’s very strange with me. It’s show: g:i a = 3:55pm. I want to change it to Viet Nam time. Help me plzzz.

You need to alter the ‘Time in this weblog’ otion under the date and time settings in options.
So however many hours ahed you are from UTC enter in the number and save.

be aware, though, most themes use hard-coded time and date settings, and will ignore anything you put in there.

The Meta section within your sidebar is pretty much unchangeable. You can get around that by not using the Meta widget. Instead you can use a text widget with tke links that you want.

Your answers are in this thread above please read what drmike said to you carefully. You cannot change the meta link.

You best bet would be to create a replacement Text widget and name it what you want. The Meta widget is uneditable.
