How can I change the display text on my custom header?

  I see the button that allows me to hide this:
  mcupton
  Just another WordPress.com site

  But, I want to change it. Any suggestions? I’m using the Twenty Eleven theme.

  You can change the site title and tag line from the main Settings page inside your blog dashboard.
