  Since you have the Premium plan, you can make this change with CSS.

  Add this CSS in your site’s Customizer:

  #blog-stats-2 li{
  	color: #fff;
  }

  This changes the text to white. Instead of #fff , you can use any color you like. If you need help finding the hex-value of a color, I recommend this site:
