How can i change the image thumbnail when i share my link?

When ever i share my link to Facebook or something it won’t give me other thumbnail options. the only thing it says is “no thumbnail” option. How can i change the images on it?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We have no control over which images Facebook will display, how frequently they flush their images caches, nor over how frequently they make any changes at all.

:( before i had the option to do so. Itwould say 1 out of 20. and i could click on the arrow to select what image i wanted as my thumbnail when i shared my link. but now it only says 1 out of 1.
