How can i change the location of my comments box?

The comment box, where people following my blog can respond to the blogs, used to be just below the written blogs. Now however, the comment box has been moved down. The display of the page is now: written blog, share blog, related, information about the author, and the the comment box. Don’t know how this happened, but is there a way to get the comment box back on its original position?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The comment boxes have not moved in the over 9 years that I have blogged here.

All WordPress blogs by default have comments open on all Pages and Posts. Your visitors click the post titles or the comment links or comment bubbles on the front page of the blog and they are directed to the full post appearing on it’s own page where the comment boxes appear at the end of the posts.

Note that comments are collapsed on the front page of the blog because if they were not then the blog would take ages to load and that would mean visitors would click out rather than waiting for the page to load.
