How can I change the name of my secondary blog?

    I have two blogs on the same account. The primary blog is myrosebox.wordpress.com and designwithflowers.wordpress.com is my secondary blog. I want to change the name of the second blog, but I have this option only for the primary blog.
    Is there a way to do it? I don’t like the name anymore, it’s way too long.
