How can I change the name of my website?

  I want to change my website name that located on the top of the page, but I can not figure it out please help.

  On the template they have a page called (HOME), but I cannot go in there to modify or add my information to it, then when I make another (HOME) they allowed me to modify it, but then 2 (HOME) pages appear on it. Please Help.

  The Blog Name and/or optional Tagline can be changed at any time on this page > Settings > General
