How can I change the name of the weblog?

  I want to change the public name of my blog (derabaa) to Farsi name (درابا), because I am writing in Farsi and addressing to Farsi language people. Not the username but the public name! How can I do that? Please help me.

  Settings > General is where you can change your Blog Title and/or optional Tagline at any time.
