How can I change the name on my domain?

  I am new at this and I made the following domain with wordpress. http://privateinvestigationtools.wordpress.com/ I would like to change the privateinvestigationtools to secretsuncovered. How can I do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is a good set of instructions for that here:

  One tricky thing you have to remember though is that once you are in the “my blogs” page, the “change blog address” option won’t appear until you are hovering over the current name with your mouse. There is a good screenshot on the page linked to above that should explain it.
