how can i change the new theme of my blog?

  when i change the theme of my wordpress blog, i get the same default theme despite the fact the new theme is clearly installed. is there anything i need to change to see the new theme

  Im sorry but i dont understand any of these yet, i bought a template and i want to install it in my blog
  and i dont know how i cant find where this is either wp-content/themes/ directory and i dont know how to leave the link to my blog either since in my dashboard does not display any option, please help my blogs name is tapetrends

  tepatrends,

  Unfortunately, you cannot upload themes to wordpress.com. If you download the software from wordpress.org, then you would be able to install the theme you bought.
