How can I change the photo of my blog on the tabs and when I share it?

  I have changed the photo of my blog but the browser tabs still show the old photo and when I share it on social media it still loads the old photo.
  What do I have to do to update this photo across all websites and browser tabs?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
