How can I change the position of the nav bar in the 2012 WP theme?

    I am using the 2012 theme. I need to put the navigation bar BELOW the header picture. I’ve tried customizing it but can’t figure out the ‘how to’ to change it. There is nothing in the edit theme section to help me. Another person used this same theme and the Nav bar was below the header so I know it can be done. Please help. Thank you.
