How can I change the Post URL image size?
-
Recently I changed my theme to Piano Black because it shows my images a bit bigger than the last one (theme). The problem is when it shows the image on the ‘File URL’ mode, it looks like it has lost resolution. A solution I came with was to use the ‘Post URL’ buttom, and this shows a full-size version image(900×600 in my case) with a perfect resolution, but in a white background which I dislike, and not using the theme as the background.
Also, I have noticed that the image showed on the ‘File URL’ mode is a little bit smaller than its original 900×600 (something like 870×580) but I don´t think this measure was a top for any theme. Anyway, I don’t care if it’s a bit smaller that 900×600 but I want the image clearly as possible.I tried everything (at least I think), changing numbers via Settings- Media, Library, editing the images etc.
Some help please

Unfortunately, that’s more of a feature of your theme and can’t really be adjusted.
If you’re still thinking about trying themes, Twenty Eleven has some of the best image handling that I’ve seen, and it does have a dark color scheme option.

ok, thanks,
and do you know why the theme (Piano Black) doesn’t work with Internet Explorer?
Works fine with Chrome and Opera, but with IE it looks like the desing of the theme distort. -
It should work fine in at least IE 9 and 8.
What version of Internet Explorer are you using?

I’m not seeing the issue myself.
Would you please try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache?

Also, is there any chance that you can upgrade to IE 9? It’s a much better browser than IE 8.

Jus in case, the fails I see are:
-The black bar at the end of the pictures do not match with the limits of the grey background
-Also the corners on the right side of this black bar are not curves.
-Finally all the writing and the pictures doesn’t have a margin, and they all are attached at the very start of the margin. -
-
It didn’t work.
Anyway, a Theme Wrangler solved the problem fixing the defects. Well, all except the curved borders of the black bar, but this did has to do with using IE8.Thanks for your interest and support.
