How can I change the size and colour of my Blog title (using the Arcade theme)

  Hi so far absolutely NO css code I put into the css customization thing works. Nothing happens with ANY of the themes I have tried. I have given both free and premium themes a go.

  Does any one know why this is?
  The main things I am trying to do are:
  1. make my blog title larger
  2.make it a different colour
  3. make my featured images on posts larger

  thanks heaps!

  ps. I am a total n00B with this!
