how can I change the size of an embed pictures ?

    Hello,

    I want to change the size of a pictures coming from another website.
    For example, I have a picture named “PictureA” and I use this code on my wordpress site :
    [embed]https://sitewebperso/PictureA.jpg[/embed]
    But when I want to change the size of this picture, it doesn’t work ! I tried like this :
    [embed width="20" height="20"]https://sitewebperso/PictureA.jpg[/embed]

    So how can I change the size of an embed pictures ?
