How can I change the subtitle of my blog to something other than the default?

  Hey… so I just started this thing, haven’t uploaded any content at all… I was just wondering is it possible to change the subtitle to something other than “Just another wordpress.com site”… See, I had this whole thing planned out… there was alliteration involved… A little help would be fantastic!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It’s the tagline at settings > general.
