How can I change the title of my blog from "babyratliff" to "thealainatimes"?

  To whom it may concern,

  I have set up/changed the page with the user name and URL I want. Still the blog is called babyratliff. Everything is correct, but I just want to change the title of the blog. I can’t seem to find anywhere that allows me to do so. Currently at the top of the page (the address is correct with http://www.thealainatimes.wordpress.com) says “babyratliff…Just another wordpress blog”. I thought by changinfg the address (URL) and username…the blog title would change to “thealainatimes”. Please advise.

  I could delete all content, but still would be unable to start a blog “www.thealainatimes” as it would be registered by the deleted URL. I already made this mistake by deleting “www.alainaratliff.wordpress.com” and now can not use that domain. Even though I am the person that made the domain name, so trying a new domain with the same frustrating issue. I seem to be unable to understand the wordpress process and would appreciate your help.

  You can change that in the Settings section of your blog’s Dashboard.
