How can I change the wording for the credit link?

  Hi,

  I would like to change the wordings for my credit links from “Blog at WordPress.com” to “Powered by WordPress.com”, as well as from “Theme: Enterprise by StudioPress” to “Theme: Entreprise, StudioPress”; and I wonder how can this be done.
