How can I change title of "Home"?

  How can I change title of “Home”?
  At menu bar(Upper parts of my page),I want to display my front page title as a “Fine Art”. But I haven’t find out how to make it.
  Please give me your advice.

  I checked the page, Tried fix but didn’t work.

  I figured out that I need fixing functions.php. But I don’t know how I can go gofunctions.php.
  Tell me please where is in functions.php.
