how can I choose on my own the post’s order at home page? I have the baskerville free theme (blog). Must I change it in a premium for doing it?

Hi there!
Posts will display newest to oldest by date, so you could edit the dates on posts to make them appear in the order you want.
You can also make some posts Sticky if you want them to stick to the top (with newest posts loading below them from newest to oldest). There is information on that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/post-visibility/#sticky-posts
