How can I classify my posts as a gallery instead of 'standard'

    My two first blogposts appear in the edit mode as a ‘gallery’ and hence when Publicizing them the title appears on the front page when going over the blogpost with your mouse. All the new blogposts (Namibia-post) I make do not show the title on the front page permalink. The difference is that in the edit mode all the new posts are not classified as ‘galleries’ with the little grey picture-picto in front of the post. I went to the ‘settings’ – ‘writing’ and here I found that the ‘default post format’ was set to ‘standard so I set it to ‘gallery’. After this all my new posts are still not galleries and the same problem still occurs on the front page (with the post of Namibia). Who knows how to set posts to the format of galleries in another way?
