How can I clean compromised files?

  My server, Namesco, has emailed me to inform me that they have found the following compromised files on my website, – /web/images/css.php: PHP.Namesco.aerulObfuscated20141231.UNOFFICIAL FOUND
  I have followed all the instructions they gave me as best I could and eventually brought my Mac pro book to the Mac shop, there they could not find the problem, so Namesco have suggested I contact WordPress. I am not particularly computer literate so will be very glad of your help in sorting this out. In the meantime Namesco say they have taken my website off line and blocked my user from sending emails from the site ,

  Hello,
  Thanks for getting back to me, I did wonder at Namesco`s involvement (in fact I thought at first that it was some kind of scam and so rang them to find out).
  Will you confirm, so I can go back to them with the info , that there is no problem with any of the files in my website, as of now.
  This will put my mind at rest too!,
