How can I connect 123-reg mail servers to my wordpress domain?

  I have paid for email with the website 123-reg as that was where I purchased my domain name. However they’ve informed me that as my website is built using the wordpress platform I need to request that the 123-reg mail servers are added to the wordpress servers. I have no idea where to begin and it doesn’t seem to be obvious looking around on the WP dashboard. Any help would be fantastic.

  Thanks very much indeed for the advice. I’ve actually had some luck in getting through to wordpress support using the chat feature and they guided me through the issue. I needed the DNS records from 123-reg in order to get everything in sync so should be good to go.

  Now I’m back on the quest to locate the mysterious ‘chat’ option which seems to illude me at all costs. The support person even provided a link in the chat which I bookmarked and now that just takes me back to the forum posting page! Very odd.
