How can I connect a link to let the reader contact me @ my Yahoo.com address?

  How can I connect a link so reader can contact me? All my links work except one. I inserted my Yahoo email name into my Blog and have asked my readers for comments and questions. I can’t get my http:// address to accept it…it keeps taking me to “There seems to be a problem with Outlook.” (?) Thank you for any and all advice…Frustrated. :)

  Hello. It looks like you are using html code directing people to a URL instead of an e-mail address.

  you are using: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  instead of: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  You need to use “mailto” code instead of a URL. Here is a link that will show you:

  @sonnyblog1 You’ve just formatted the link wrongly, and I can’t show it to you here as a email link, I’m afraid, as the WordPress.com forums redact any email addresses.

  However, it’s actually not a very good idea to put an email address in a public blog as you’ll just attract a huge amount of spam. What you could do instead is use a Contact form. See this:
