How can I connect my WP.com account from this site

  Move servers in my own unique way, now installed Jetpack on new installation on same domain. Unfortunately not able connect the site from new installation now and use the awesome things that JP has to offer.

  Can someone help me with an account rest or something?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
