How can I connect wordads with my blog?

I started this blog in the month of April’14. I want to put some ads on my blog to earn some amount. So, I want to know that how can I connect wordads with my blog i.e. underoneclick.wordpress.com?
And is there any specific limit of post and traffic, which should be met before getting the approval for wordads?

Wordads are only available if you have a custom domain (i.e. not ending in “.wordpress.com”), so you can’t use it at present. More info here: http://wordads.co/faq/
Be aware that no other advertising is allowed on wordpress.com, but you might be able to monetise your blog by using affiliate links.
