I recently received notice of a new follower who has developed ideas very much along the lines of those I am expressing at OneGlobalDemocracy .
Is there a way that I can contact him individually, via WordPress?
He’s also an author of his own blog, but I don’t see contact info listed. Is there a way I can message him via WordPress?
Is there a way that visitors or WordPress members can contact me via my blog (without displaying my email / phone)?

In a word no. There is no username directory here. We are contacted via contact pages and/or comment boxes on our blogs.

Yes. Create a Page http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/ and place contact form on it. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/
Create a custom menu and add that contact page into it.
