How can I contact a person from WordPress?

  On July 21, 2013 I paid $79 from my PayPal account to renew and upgrade my WordPress package. Although the money was transferred as per the notification I received from PayPal, I also received a message from WordPress saying they didn’t understand what I was doing and now it appears the upgraded package wasn’t recognized. Please advise on status of my account.
