How can I contact a person on a WordPress directly to their email?

  Or, can I claim an inactive account name?

  Here’s my issues, albeit an odd one. I want to start a blog on wordPress, however the account name I wanted was taken -fine.

  upon investigation however, I found that it’s been inactive for a year, AND isn’t even trying to be a blog. Their trying to be a kitten, and have made only one post.
