How can I contact all my blog followers?

  I would like to send a ‘thank you’ to all my blog followers for following my blog. How can I do this? In addition, I’d like to set up an automatic message, so that when someone follows my blog they get a message from me immediately.

  Hi there. Neither of these are possible through WordPress.com. Your only way of reaching all followers at once is by publishing a post that will appear in their feeds, and in their inboxes only if they opted in for email notifications.

  You can customise the email that goes out when someone follows you via email, but that’s it. You can customise that under Settings ->Reading in the dashboard.
