How can I contact customer support for a credit?!?!

    I’m not happy with the way the theme I purchase works, and the person that started using it, is no longer doing our work for the site. I want to cancel the Photography theme upgrade we purchased, and start using a theme from elegantthemes.com with our wordpress account. Can I get a refund for the photorgraphy purchase? Will the theme from elegantthemes.com work seemlessly with our site?

    I want to cancel the Photography theme upgrade we purchased, and start using a theme from elegantthemes.com with our wordpress account.

    The only themes we can use here on WordPress.com are those in our Dashboard under Appearance>Themes.

    A refund for the Premium theme purchase can be made if it was less than 30 days ago. To request a refund, you need to be logged in as the Admin on the site that purchased the theme and request the refund under My Upgrades.

    You can cancel your Premium Theme and get a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, you need to be logged in as the Admin on the site that purchased the theme. Go to the Store -> My Upgrades section of your dashboard, where you’ll find the theme in the list of your upgrades, along with a “Cancel” button.
