How can I contact WordPress support when I can’t even log in to my main account (currently using a different one)?
2 Factor Authentication is not working on my phone ( I factory reset it recently), so I can’t login to WordPress. I didn’t copy down any of the backup codes (dumb, I know).
I can’t contact WordPress support from my main account because I can’t log in!
So frustrating!!!

That sounds frustrating. However, the account recovery form is what you’ll need to use.
Due to the private nature of information required for account recovery and the public nature of these forums, we cannot help with account recovery here.

Thanks everyone. I used the account recovery form and was contacted by a member of support. I’ve now got access to my account again.
This time I’ve made a careful note of the 2FA backup codes!
