how can I contact the paid help-desk with a query?

  I plan to upgrade to a paid theme and have some queries before I do so, but can’t find a way of contacting the paid support team beforehand. I’m very new to this and don’t want to buy into a theme that isn’t fit for my purpose and need to check a few things with them first….does anyone know how I can contact the support team direct?
