    Hi there,

    I would disregard this email as it does not have anything to do with renewing your domain. Please note that your domain can only be renewed through us at WordPress.com via your Dashboard.

    It looks like they are trying to give you some SEO offer and they are telling you the offer will expire, but it has nothing to do with your domain registration or renewal. The wording is a bit vague.
