  I feel like I am going in circles on the website! Is there an actual email address somewhere?

  This is a peer support forum where Volunteers answer questions and when we don’t have answers then we flag threads for Staff attention. As Staff are on one of their meet-ups they support link is set up to channel everyone here. Please tell us what you need help with. If we cannot provide a solution then we will flag the thread and Staff will deal with it when they do their periodic check-in here.

  @lisapredko: looks like you got help from @timethief and are now all set. Let me know if you had any specific questions about your upgrades, if you are seeing double charges for any of them.
