If you have a free wordpress.com website, the only way to do so is via this forum. If you upgraded to a paid plan, you are entitled to Email & Live Chat Support.

I do not use wordpress and never had. I am set up with godaddy. 3 years ago I tried contacting them to stop the wordpress and have been trying ever since. Last year I thought it was resolved but I never got a refund for 2018 ($300) and then last week go another bill for $300. At this point I’ve stopped payment on the charge, but would like to have a contact to work with to resolve this issue. Basically they’re directing me to discuss this in a Chat Support. Not sure what to do??? HELP??
