How can I contact WordPress to make a payment?

  How to pay without giving credit card info to a computer.

  We could pay by giving credit card information over the phone or by fax – but we don’t want to put our credit card information into the computer. And we can’t find a way to contact WordPress, just this forum!!

  The service you ask for does not exist. The only methods of payment for upgrades are major credit cards from approved countries and PayPal supported countries. There are no other payment options.
  WordPress.com uses PayPal as the payment processor, and as such, can only accept payment from countries they support: https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/
