How can I convert setup from blog to website?

  I originally set my wordpress to behave as a blog.

  I’ve now changed my mind and want to use it as a website but don’t know how.

  There used to be an option available where you could choose how you wanted the site to work, either as a blog or website. I can’t find this now.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is no switch to flick to change between blog and website.
