How can I copy from a document and paste it into my blog?

  Copying from a document and paste it into my blog. I used to be able to do this, but now cannot, which makes writing a blog post in a document, and pasting it into my blog. This makes it very difficult to post things without having to type everything into my dashboard.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Well, the idea is that you WILL type everything in the dashboard Add New Post page. If you want to work offline, use a proper offline blog editor like Blogdesk, Ecto, or windows live writer.

  Thank you for clearing that up for me. I’ve been used to Yola for a number of years, where I am able to copy and paste into my blog. Since I don’t have Blogdesk or Ecto, I’ll have to type directly in the dashboard, inconvenient as that at times is.

  Get one of them. Blogdesk and WLW are free, and they are very good.

  Thank you for the information, but I have an Apple iMac computer, and Blogdesk lists itself as for Windows. I couldn’t find WLW, as all links seem to be for a tv station. I couldn’t find Ecto either, as the search engine came up with “ectoplasm.”

  What can you recommend for an Apple computer?

  Ecto. I don’t use a Mac but my friends who do really recommend it. The thing is, it costs like $39 a year.
