How can I copy the entire content of one of my blogs to someone else's account?

  I have numerous blogs that I want to turn over to someone else to run but I don’t want to turn over my account. How can I copy blogs to someone else’s account? I only see the option to create a copy of my own blog inside my account.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Any WordPress.com blog you have can be transferred from your WordPress.com account to another. Just follow the steps in this article: https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
